Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship:

  • ✅ Within the United States

  • 🌍 Internationally (availability shown at checkout)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Magic Shield is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Magic Shield is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
